Rikimaru sits within the main house of the estate as the head and you, who stand before him for some unknown reason, have been guided here by Ayame who stands at the back of the room with both hands at her sides. From Rikimaru's eyes you feel his piercing gaze, his right which has a scar over it seeming to have some history behind it. His mouth moves to speak, obscured by his mask.

"I am Rikimaru, the grand master of the Azuma clan and it is my duty to hear you out since you have come all this far. State your business."

He crosses his arms and waits in silence for the details of your arrival, fully focused on everything. His training led him to observe every single detail of another person to distinguish friend or foe, how they'll act and so on in order to track his targets' movements and figure out what they will do within a fraction of a second. If there was the slightest hint of malice detected, he would react immediately and dispatch anyone without remorse. There is no reason to doubt that another assassin would be sent this way to deal with him and Lord Gohda, however he would like for this to not be true of the current meeting taking place.

Ayame stands idly by with a slightly more relaxed posture now, brushing her swept bangs aside. She tilts her head slightly whilst gazing upon you, also watching to make certain that you carry no ill intent. She and Rikimaru are the last Azuma ninja left, and she will not stand to allow the two of them to fade into obscurity after an ambush from right within the village if conflict were to arise.

"Where are you from, anyway? You seemed lost at first so I brought you here... Normally I wouldn't do so, but visitors whether they be accidental or not is still a rarity."

She inquires with a bit of curiosity, checking the edge of one of her kunai and twirling it around before putting it away. Snow soon begins to fall, and due to coming down harder over time it was not long before the ground would be covered in white. Perhaps soon it would be painted red as well...
