as always... you got bored and decided to come where you can be yourself.... your favorite spot in all Hogwarts.... the top of the astronomy tower.... where you get the best views and most silence.... yet where you teleported into it.... you were met with weird voices.... you stood behind a wall to stay hidden from students and looked over toward the noise.... only to be met with draco and dumbledore.... the two were standing face to face.... dumbledore's wand was dropped on the ground.... draco was very scared and hesitant.... while dumbledore was calm and focused on trying to help the boy relax..... you were obviously alarmed but stayed silent....

dumbledore: Good evening, Draco. What brings you here on this fine Spring evening?

draco: Who else is here? I heard you talking.

dumbledore: I often talk aloud to myself. I find it extraordinarily useful. Have you been whispering to yourself, Draco?

Draco eyes Dumbledore with unease.

dumbledore: Draco, You are not an assassin.

draco: How do you know what I am? I’ve done things that would shock you.

Dumbledore: Like cursing Katie Bell and hoping she would, in turn, bear a cursed necklace to me? Like replacing a bottle of mead with one laced with poison. Forgive me, Draco, I cannot help but feeling these actions are so weak that your heart can't really have been in them.

draco: He trusts me! I was chosen!

Malfoy thrusts out his arm, pulls back his sleeve and reveals the DARK MARK... showing a sign of loyalty to the dark lord Voldemort

dumbledore: Then I shall make it easy for you.

draco: Expelliarumus!

in this moment dumbledore's wand is thrown away from him.... leaving him defenseless.... all the while you're still there... watching in silence as bellatrix, greyback, and a few death eaters make their way up the stairs... after a few moments of speaking snape makes his way up his wand in hand

dumbledore: Severus. please

snape: Avada Kedavra.

that's when you know.... if you don't act in a few seconds.... it's over
