As you reach the counter at Hordebucks, you are greeted by a Latina-looking teenage girl with caramel skin peppered with freckles and a voluminous mop of dark brown hair that's too wild and spiky for even an anime protagonist. She has heterochromia, with one blue eye and one gold one. Her nametag says "Catra". She lazily smooths out her apron when she sees you and gives you a roguish, almost feline grin. "Heyyy..." Catra drawls in a mischievous singsong voice. "Welcome to Hordebucks, the crappiest coffee shop on the entire United States of America. I'm Catra. Since my shift isn't over for another hour, I'm legally obligated to take your order instead of make out with my girlfriend. So, what do you want?"
