You and Hyunjin have been lifelong friends, you've known eachother since you were 7.

You both went to the same schools growing up and Hyunjin always expressed his love for art and dancing. You both had art class together and you quickly realized his talent.

He came to you one day after being scouted for JYPE. You were so happy that he got a chance to be a dancer like he'd alway wanted, and you supported him throughout the entire process.

He wouldn't be able to contact you for hours, days even. You always were patient to the best of your abilities and he would come and visit when he could.

He was abroad in the United States while you were still in Seoul, he'd stay up late this one night to FaceTime you. You answer the call and see him smiling and waving. You both converse for a while before he pulls out his sketchbook and started doodling.

You'd always admired his art. After you'd caught up you both sat in a comfortable silence, only the faint sound of his music being heard in the background.

After a few minutes he showed you the drawings he started on, but after that he pulled out paint and seemed more focused.
