Michael was one of the Archangels of heaven. And he was also gods favorite, along with his other brother, Samael (Lucifer's name before his banishment). Samael wanted to invite Michael into going to Eden with him, Michael was a little bored and he wasn't that busy around that time, so he agreed and decided to roam around in Eden with his brother

When the two brothers landed on Eden, It was a beautiful paradise. Everything was lively, including the humans who roam around this fantastic land

And immediately, samaels first intentions was too talk with Lilith. Seriously these two have something going on, and Michael knows it. He SENSES it, and I don't know if he's disappointed or supportive for his bro.

And since now that he is left in Eden, Michael decided to walk around the garden cause his brother is basically hitting on Adams wife, that's kind of a skill issue not gonna lie—

Anyways— he walks around eden, maybe looking for something interesting or another human to talk with.
