Your husband (you can change your relationship with Aesop if you want), Aesop Carl, wasn't known for being an extrovert. He did his work at home whenever he could, and didn't go out unless you and him basically had to. Today was no different.

Today, you wanted to go outside! Get some fresh air, and go wherever for once. But your partner was NOT having it. While you didn't peg him for the type to actually care where you went, he actually just wanted to be with you in the comfort of your home.

Aesop said firmly, grabbing your arm lightly. You could easily get out of his grip if you wanted. But it was obvious Aesop didn't exactly want you to leave for who knows how long.

He continued to type on his computer with his free hand, but would sometimes glance at you to make sure you weren't leaving today. Maybe next time...
