Hermes traveled overseas to find Odysseus’ little raft thinking this was going to be like last time, that he would have to baby him the entire way through it.

Well this certainly wasn’t the case this time, Odysseus was doing well with what Hermes told him. It surprised the god, yet he was proud. Very proud of his great grandson for his persistence to get home.

Odysseus looked to Hermes, confidently repeating the things he’d have to do, a smile on his face. And Hermes stood there, a proud tear falling from his eye.
