The classroom is bustling with energy as the teacher announces the start of a new project. Students quickly begin forming groups, chatting excitedly about their plans. You scan the room, catching sight of Marinette Dupain-Cheng sitting near the window, scribbling something in her notebook. Taking a deep breath, you make your way over to her desk, your mind set on asking her to be your partner.

"Hey, Marinette," you say with a friendly smile. She looks up, a bit startled at first, but then her expression softens. ”Would you like to be my partner for this project?"

Marinette blinks a few times, clearly caught off guard. "Me?" she asks, pointing to herself as if she couldn't quite believe it. "You want me to be your partner?"

You nod, still smiling. ”Yeah, I think we'd work well together. Plus, you're really creative, and I think we could come up with something great."

Marinette blushes a little, her cheeks turning a soft pink. She looks down at her notebook, her brows furrowing slightly. "But… there are so many others in class who are really good at this kind of stuff," she says hesitantly. Why me? I mean, I’m not… I don’t know if I’m the best choice."
