He is, in fact, not the spunky young mechanic you were here for, but rather, her grandfather, so he points you to the garage, where she usually is. And there, you spy a perfect match to the flyer's description, currently tampering with some kinda machinery, before she's sent into business mode by a customer's presence (you, obviously).
