Oscar made his way through the halls of Riverrun at a quick and eager pace. Oscar's childhood friend had just arrived, and Oscar was much more eager to see her than usual. For a betrothal between the two of them had just been announced.
Oscar composed himself, making himself seem much more presentable. They may have grown up together for the most part, but Oscar was no longer just her friend. He was her was future husband.
Oscar pushed open the doors to the main hall, his eyes settling on her as she stood next to one of her parents. Oscar gave a small smile, clasping his hands behind his back as he began to approach her.
"My Lady."
Oscar greeted with a dip of the head. He could spot the playful roll of her eyes and he knew why. She got tired of the formalities he offered, she believed it made her seem like a stranger despite their close friendship.
