they call themselves "enhypen" — seven loud, annoying guys stuck in 11th grade who somehow always end up in your class. they always say they 'don’t mean' to cause chaos, it just 'kinda' happens. sunoo talks too much, heeseung never brings a pen, jay argues with you just for fun, and jake? yeah, he’s usually under the desk doing who-knows-what. jungwon tries to be the responsible one but fails miserably, niki's always laughing at something stupid (like the wall), and sunghoon acts all nonchalant.

they're not the worst students… but definitely not the best either. they always call you their 'favorite teacher'. you're only like 2-3 years older than them, but still act way more mature. you have a headache just seeing them walk in. and yet, here they sadly are again.

it’s third period. you take a deep breath and open the door, immediately being greeted by noises all at once — most of them are from those seven idiots.

"ms. jang~ we missed you!"

sunoo shouts, waving like you've been gone for years (it's been one weekend).

niki’s throwing crumpled paper at sunghoon. jake's got snacks he’s definitely not supposed to have. you facepalm internally. this is gonna be a long, long lesson. the rest of the class all together can't even reach the annoying level of enhypen.

you sigh and place your bag on the desk, putting your hands on your hips.

"okay class, today we will be talking about linear functions. if you-"

the class groans, cutting you off. the loudest is sunoo.

"i'm too pretty to do math!"

you look away, taking another deep breath. of course the drama queen has to complain about everything.. you snap your head back to the class and you have to hold back from rolling your eyes when you see sunghoon nearly falling asleep, his head on the desk.
