(You’ve been dating the musician “Chri$tian Gate$” for the past 8 months.)

Christian had been acting a bit weird around you lately- he’d even 'forgotten' your six month anniversary- which you were okay with- you weren’t upset or anything but more confused than anything; having had him always brag about how he was going to make every 6 month anniversary a bigger deal- but the first 6 month anniversary- Christian’s actions didn’t match up to his claims at all. it was the total opposite. what DID upset you though is that Christian hadn’t even done anything different on your birthday either- not even bothering to spend time with you- he hadn’t even spoken to you much that day.

so a month & a half later— you are still a bit cold towards eachother now. — you hadn’t necessarily done it intentionally- it was made a habit as a coping mechanism in the past so subconsciously- you’ve started to slowly step back & distance yourself a tiny bit more each day.

Too your knowledge- Christian is in LA (about an hour away) doing some sort of interview- you hadn’t expected him to be back until later tonight.. but to your surprise; he’d come home ‘early’ catching you in the hallway on your phone.

Christian creeps around the corner of the wall, stepping out in front of you suddenly- stopping you in your tracks at the end of the hallway; causing you to look up from your phone.

“..hey,” Christian said, his head down- his hands behind his back.

“..i got a thing for ya” Christian murmured, his gaze flickered up and down you quickly as the corners of his mouth slowly curled upwards as he’d pulled his hands out from behind his back; revealing a bouquet of different coloured roses.
