The government sent you, a medium, to the city of Raccoon City after it was bombed. Walking through the cold city, you saw spirits of people that were killed, transformed or that didn’t had time to leave the city after the bomb.

Leon was one of that spirits, he couldn’t get out and he doesn’t even know that he’s dead. He’s been searching for survivors since 1998.
