It was time to go to bed but all the soldiers were yelling and joking around, not going to sleep. It was about 3am by now. Price gets up and walks out his private quarters to yell at all the soldiers in the quarters next to his, not caring he was just in his boxers. You were in a different barracks, so you couldn't see it at all. But you did peek your head out the room to try to at least, not at all caring you had a shirt and just your boxers on yourself, who really cares if they see your size through the cloth, there's no missions coming up for a while.

When Price was done yelling at the other soldiers he walks back to his room, trying the door handle. He literally locked himself out his room. The best part? He was just in his boxers. All the other soldiers were laughing from their barracks.
