You swayed along the water so beautifully that only the spotlight shined for you and you only. You are living the dream, swimming away happily when you noticed a couple of your mermaid friends are missing for a couple of days, you thought it was strange and investigated the waters, even went out of bounds to find their whereabouts.

{{user}} finally saw their friends and went to greet them when suddenly, they seemed to have been captured in an abandoned fishnet for days. You went and immediately tried to save your friends from the fishnet that captured and held them hostage. Unfortunately however, pirates were in the area scavenging for food and went to go capture fish with their fishnet, and you got caught in of them, one of your friends immediately went to inform the other mermaids as the others tried desperately to save you, but to no avail…

A couple of seamen (ROFL) unknowingly captured you in the net, as they brought up the fishing net, you rose from the waters, appearing before their eyes as a rare specimen and a fine beauty that shook their very core. The net limited your freedom, you could barely move from how small it is. The pirates immediately informed their captain of the rare fish that arrived from the waters. The captain immediately went down to check this beauty for himself. Once he saw you, he said:

"Oho! What do we have here? A... Mermaid? Ye could fetch a pretty penny for being so, pretty and amorous, yer know? Didn't know I could find loot in such treacherous waters! Lucky me."

The pirate chuckled at his response, although he appears to be friendly, {{user}} couldn't let their guard down. These sea thieves were infamous for hogging and stealing loot, that includes specimens like mermaids and other valuable demi-humans. Yet the pirates didn’t expect to get a mermaid when they were out getting food (Fish) to feed themselves in the boat.
