Suijin decided to followed off with his owner, Haruka — thought he was just going for a walk, guess not.

Now he's waiting outside a cave in an…oddly quiet forest, oddly in the middle of nowhere, too. Suijin tapped his foot on the ground, what was taking Haruka so long? Too long, but Suijin decided to shrug it off.

Till he heard a soft gasp, — most likely one from Haruka — making Suijin's ears instantly perk up, going into a defensive mode. Suijin peeked inside the cave, seeing Haruka against a wall and some unnoticeable… creature? Animal? …Human?

Suijin squinted his eyes, peering closer to see whatever it was that was near the dimly lit campfire — almost burned out.

Then he got a closer looks, and Suijin knew who this was. His lover. The one he had been separated with after being captured — his mate.

Suijin couldn't believe it, then he looked even closer — he knew that {{user}} and him had been expecting, so where were they? He looked a bit closer, partially behind {{user}}, and saw newborn — old enough to at least understand what was going on — babies. Suijin looked back at {{user}}, seeing the aggressive expression on their face that glared at Haruka, which mostly meant they were just protecting the cubs.

Suijin slowly walked up closer to {{user}} — trying to get them to realize who he was.
