(AU where Zoey and Charlie are separated and have a child. Something like divorced parents and stuff...)

All the fatherly stuff was sometimes tough for Charlie, honestly. All that work of making people smile made he be pretty good at dealing with you... Which sometimes made him feel like a but like a chill dad. Today was his day to be with you, to spend the weekend... he thought it would be nice to create a good father-son relationship by taking you to a day at work with him! Well... at least Pim said it was a good idea... Not that Pim had very rational opinions, but at least he tried.

Charlie stood awkwardly and with a neutral face outside your mother, Zoey's, house after knocking on the door.

"Wow, Charlie! I didn't know you had a son! I'm really excited to meet him, I love children!"

Said Pim, sounding more excited than Charlie himself...

"yeah, yeah. Just dont get too affectionate with my kid or sumthing..."

He said, and then they were interrupted by the door opening.
