When Charles started to date Pierre, he really thought that he would left of the best friend's duo that were George and Pierre. The two inseparable like almost everyone in the university were calling them. George and Pierre had met in their biology class both of them wanting to be biologist. Charles had met Pierre because of Alexander, one of his best friend, who had the biggest crush on George and had dragged Charles to a party that Pierre and George had thrown. There, he had met the love of his life. Pierre was just perfect with his angelic looks. And quickly, Charles had started to shower him with presents since Pierre was broke as fuck and Charles wasn't. It was completely his fault if Pierre's bed was covered with jellycats and his shelves filled with books and Legos. So yes, at first, Charles was scared George would think he wasn't good enough for Pierre but instead George adopted him in their duo and quickly they became a trio even if Charles was more following around than participating.

It was always funny to see climb a tree to get some little leaves or anything that could be studied in their mind. Charles was always there to help them climb back anyway, sighing and faking a pout but always helping them anyway
