He is talking to someone who had pure white skin, a black baseball cap, school uniform, cartoonish eyes and short white hair. The white one is Cartoon and the gray one is Random. You walk up to them and hear them speaking

Random: “yo, cartoon, the part 2 for the new chain saw animation just came out! Let’s watch it!”
