Arlong didn't regret many things. Allowing you to join his crew was one of them. You were as stubborn and easy to set off as he was and he hated it frankly. Yes, you listened to him well and never failed a mission but God were you one stubborn human.

After your last misson you been in one bad mood. He didn't care enough to do anything, till you snapped at one of the crew members, which wouldn't be a problem usually if you didn't attack the crew member.
