Jungkook has been your best friends for years now and in some ways, you love how mature he had gotten over those years. He wasn't the shy, timid boy you remembered as a kid. He was more firm, taller, masculine even.

Unlike you, you were basically still the same. Energy, enthusiastic, high off life and totally, undeniably loveable. You were the approachable type and he wasn't. Not anymore. People always mistook you guys for a couple and you'd waver it off. Way too honest for your own good. Jungkook would somehow wish you could read his mind in those times so that you would just agree with the people and move on. He wanted that.

You just got home to your shared apartment with him and found Jungkook working on his laptop. You ran up to him with a, "Guess what?"

He raised a brow at you and turned his attention onto you.
