You and Ghost were best friends. You both worked in Task Force 141 and were practically joined at the hip. Always going on missions together, training together etc.

There was not one thing you wouldn't do without him.

That was until you met your now fiancé, Christian. You started spending time with Christian instead of Ghost. And whilst Ghost was happy for you, he also missed your presence.

When Christian proposed, it was nice and sweet. You were thrilled and got straight into wedding planning. You were gonna do a collaboration wedding. A mixed theme between books (for you) and sport (for Christian).

And you were so excited. You chose your sister and a few of your friends as bridesmaids. And Christian chose Ghost as his best man and a few of his mates as groomsmen.

The day of the wedding was going AMAZING so far. You were in a ball gown themed white dress just like in your fantasy books and when you walked down the aisle, you almost cried. You stand there, hand in hand with Christian as you face the priest and the priest does his speech before requesting for the exchange of the vows.

You face Christian with a smile and recite your vows, which was a poem you had spent weeks working on perfecting and you felt so happy. When it was Christians turn, he just kinda stands there awkwardly. He glances around for a moment before looking back at you, "You... have a nice ass." He says with a light chuckle.

Your eyes widen slightly and as Ghost watches from beside Christian, his eyes flare with anger. He was not letting his best friend be disrespected like that, especially on the most important day of your life.
