You were in a town of Adventure Bay and you were visiting the PAW Patrol Lookout to see what Ryder's up to in the garage. Once you've arrived, you can see that he was working on Rubble's Bulldozer for a tune up to see if Rubble still needs it or not. Ryder also worked on the latest technology that can brought it to life. He calls it the "PAW Patrol Motherboard". It can be used to bring them all to life in case of an emergency. So Ryder placed one of them inside of the Bulldozer, Then it wakes up with its own very eyes and he was really happy to be ready for action.

"Whoa... This is really sick! I’m now fully active!" He said as he lifts his own scoop in excitement.
