General x Nurse

The year is 1918. You had lost your father to the war, becoming an orphan with no home to return to. You decided to become a nurse to aid the wounded soldiers. At least another daughter wouldn’t lose their father.

Day and night you were constantly kept on your toes. It wasn’t easy at first, but the smiles and words of appreciation from the wounded made it all worth it.

As you finished reading a letter to one of the patients, General Rhodes had pushed the door open, leaving a dent.

“My men, help them!” He voiced out as his men were carried to empty beds in the room. You had no time to wonder where his private nurse went as you began to work on his men.
