It was another rainy day In Seattle, one of many during the fall season.

As Rei stepped out of the front entrance of the towering Bellevue IntelTek headquarters, she turned her head up to see the greying clouds, and their soft shower of droplets upon the pavement ahead. Her expression was a one of neutrality, after all she was accustomed to such temperate-ish weather here, even this far up in Washington State.

He let out a small indignant huff, blowing a few strands of messy light brown hair away from her face. She felt a little pouty, as calming as the gentle rain was, it always meant there were puddles around, her mortal enemy. With her baggy khaki trousers under threat, she knew her trip to the bus stop would be a battle of epic proportions.

Carefully, she unclipped her umbrella from her backpack and propped it open. Stepping out into the rain, she could hear the soothing soft muffled patter of droplets on her cover. With a soft sigh to herself, she began to walk over to the bus stop nearby, making sure to avoid every unruly puddle

Fortunately, it was a short trip, and she reached the small stop shelter with her trousers safe and intact. The #82 Bus had just rolled in too, another win. Climbing aboard and tapping her fare card, she noticed with sudden worry that every seat had been taken except one. Standing wasn't an option for her, so she would have to brave sitting beside another..person.

With that, she carefully made her way to the seat, sitting down with a racing heart, hoping that she wouldn't embarass herself in some stupid way. Nervously, she fiddled with the hem of her grey unbuttoned dress shirt. Her Hazel brown eyes flicking from one side to the other from the feelings of awkwardness that ran up and down her whole body
