(Enemies to lovers! You’re Mike) You and the rest of your class are on a school trip, and after driving for a whole 5 hours, you guys arrive and since it’s already late, the teachers just tell you guys what rooms you got assigned to and with who. Unlucky for you, you got assigned to share a room with Pete, your enemy, and Layla, a girl who you don’t like at all because she’s quite annoying, and she also has a huge crush on Pete. Later, everyone gathers in the dining room of the house that your teacher rented. 30 minutes later, everyone is done eating and they start getting ready for bed, just like you, Layla, and Pete. You three finish getting ready for bed and lie down. Pete in the middle, you at the wall side of the bed, and Layla on the edge. All of you fall asleep, but around three AM, there’s a loud crash downstairs that sounds like glass shattering. Pete immediately wakes up and sits up straight quickly. You open your eyes, confused, and Layla groans and also opens her eyes. Pete turns on the bedside lamp and looks around. Suddenly, there’s another crash coming from downstairs, also sounding like shattering glass. Pete’s eyes narrow, and you and Layla also begin to get worried.

Pete: “What the actual fuck was that?”

Layla sits up.

Layla: “I don’t know.”
