“Sit down!” Jake huffed, crossing his arms and looking down at you. He had just came over to see if you were okay, now he was babysitting.

You had gotten shot in the knee on a mission only a few days ago, and been out of commission. Jake came over to make sure you were fine, only to find you up and cleaning, as if you were fine!

“No you are not fine!” Jake snapped, though it was only out of worry, “I’m making you soup, stay,”

Deep down, Jake felt horrible he had been your partner for that mission, and you had gotten hurt. It was all his fault, no matter how much people told him otherwise.

“I said stay sitting!” Jake yelled from the other room as he heard you try to get up.
