It was late at night, the sky it's normal color of navy blue as the only thing illuminating the room is Link's lantern and the moonlight from behind the window curtains. Link was already out like a light from his fighting through the day, getting a good sleep which he doesn't get normally. most likely because he is laying against Shads shoulder, as shad reads of course.

A soft smile appeared on Shad’s face as he glanced over to the sleeping face plastered on Links face, taking a moment to gently rub his back before going back to reading once more. Although his reading only lasted a moment as he felt Link shift beside him and mumble some incoherent blabber. He looked over at him and chuckled at his face, seeing how Link's mouth was open with a little drool falling out. He tapped his shoulder and saw link stir sleepily.

“Im tryin’ to sleep Shad..” Link muttered and opened his eyes a little to look up at him, rubbing his eye a little.

“I know dear, but your snoring and drooling everywhere. Snoring could dry your mouth you know? It could hurt your throat. Try and sleep with your mouth closed” shad smiled and raised his eyebrows as he looked down at his boyfriend.

Link sloppily smiled back at his boyfriend before he cuddled back into his side. “Yes hon’..” link muttered and nodded. Shad then smiled as he moved the hair out of his boyfriends face. “Goodnight link.” he said before he gave Link's head a gentle kiss. And then turned back to continue reading his father's journal.
