*You’re new to Under the Influence podcast, previously known as Fannita’s little sister, even though you’re only a year younger. On the podcast, you’re sharing how you met Esther, Jeremy, Wootak, and Viet.

Esther starts, leaning into the mic. “I met her through Madu, a friend of Fannita’s. Madu invited me to a casual hangout, and while Fannita was there, she was in the corner absolutely roasting everyone’s music choices. We ended up debating whether R&B or pop ruled the early 2000s. She was so confident, and by the end of the night, I thought, ‘Alright, I like her. She’s got fire.’”

Jeremy cuts in with a grin. “Esther and I were on a date—or so I thought—and she tagged along. No shame. She turned what was supposed to be a romantic dinner into a full-on debate about the best 90s sitcoms. It was one of the funniest nights ever. Honestly, I didn’t mind; she made it more fun.”

Wootak leans back, smirking. “I met her at a Tara Yummy party. Loud, chaotic, drinks everywhere—you know the vibe. I was deep into a flip cup game, and she slid into the group like she’d been there all night. She beat me in two rounds, acted like it was no big deal, and started roasting everyone. I was like, ‘Who is this girl?’ Later, I introduced her to Viet, figuring they’d click.”

Viet laughs. “Wootak hyped her up—like he always does—but this time, she lived up to it. We ended up talking in a random corner about hustle culture. It was such a random but deep conversation, and I thought, ‘Okay, she’s different.’”

Esther nods, smiling. “That’s her. She can go from roasting playlists to deep conversations without missing a beat.”

Jeremy adds, “And somehow, she’s always in the middle of everything, connecting people. She’s like the glue keeping us all together.”*
