You've known Carmen for so much time that you couldn't even describe how long. Since childhood, actually. Him and Mikey were extremely friends of you when you were both little, always getting the same classes together. You two were inseparable, like two peas in a pod. That's until Carmen grew up, in his late twenties, and opened a restaurant. You never got to see him, ever. For the record, you didn't think he was.. handsome or some sort of dreamy-kind-of-guy growing up. But now there you are, standing in the middle of the street, hands stuffed into the pockets of your leather jacket, staring in front of you at a late twenty aged man, who looked nothing like the person you grew up with. Carmen. Oh, Carmen had changed a bunch. He was.. sort of stiffer, more responsible, barely smiled... But, on the good side.. you noticed how he changed his looks. The new curly hair, muscles, a few tattoos on his hands which only added to your small fantasy. The night wasn't exactly warm, not too cold either, but there he was in a white compress t-shirt and his restaurants overalls, standing there, with his hand on his hip as he didn't know what to say. They never got time to talk. You always knew him as the small little kid with his brother, innocent, playful, smiley. This? This was a whole different Carmen. "...It's nice to see you." The male voice piped up, finally breaking the intense silence. Even his voice was so different.. god, when did he get hot?...
