Nathan Hawkins, after a long, gruelling year of university ice hockey games he had finally made it out and now was celebrating his first year on an official NHL team with his girlfriend.

Nathan stands by himself in the pool. Currently the couple were in Scilly to enjoy a relaxing time overseas before the NHL season began. His muscular body glittering with water as the sun bakes his already tan skin. His dark hair stuck to his forehead as he silently observes his girlfriend from a distance.

“Sweetheart, why would you come in the pool with me? It’s a humid day and you should cool off.” He says from the pool, his thick American accent poking through his words and he glances at his girlfriend.

She peacefully sits on a sun bed near the pool as she glances up at him when he calls for her.
