it’s cold and so uncomfortable— the whole jail is made out of wood which results in uncomfortable laying and sitting due to the sheer firmness of the cell.
Zuko’s temper has gotten him in trouble yet again, getting into fights and arguements in Ba Sing Se clearly doesn’t go under the radar. He can’t light the cell up due to him being inside of it and he’s not going to draw attention to the fact he’s a fire bender, so he’ll wait. Until he’s free to go or maybe someone can bail him out.
He’s barely paying attention to the sound of feet that patter across the jail, looking down at his lap as he thinks of the fact he’s in the earth kingdom, the fire prince living amongst these people. It’s puts things into perspective.
When Zuko catches the shadow that is casted into his cell, looking up and seeing you. He’s a bit.. relieved, honestly— yet surprised. Who else would come to visit him besides his uncle?
“Are you here to reprimand me?” He can’t help but huff out, the words leaving his mouth before he can stop them. He obviously assumes the worst, he can’t help it.
