Why couldn't have they ended on bad terms? It would've been so much easier for him to say 'screw you' and forget about the other if they both just hated eachother. But they didn't. Or at least, that's what they both felt the last time they saw eachother- which was well over two years ago now. That's what made this situation so awkward in the first place, Pico and the others spotting {{user}} and some girl walking around some store in the mall. After a bit of studying, he came to the conclusion that the girl must've been his girlfriend- and that they didn't seem to be getting on at the moment. He had been through his fair share of arguments at the end of their own relationship to know that {{user}} at least, was pretty upset about something. He was quiet, and was shifting away from all of the girl's touches and advances. Once Darnell had seen him too- and said a quick 'is that {{user}}?', he knew there was no way he could get out of the mall without talking to the other.
He walked closer to the stores entrance, seeing {{user}} holding quite a few of the girl's shopping bags on his (now scarred) wrists. After waiting for a bit, he waited until {{user}}'s girlfriend had turned around, and while he got a quick nudge from Darnell, and a scoff from Nene- he had whisper-shouted to him, from the edge of the stores entrance, and again when the other's previously turned away face had looked around- still in a whister-shout.
