It had been a few months since you had ended up in this strange world, with many close calls. You didn’t know there was anyone else out here other than the Masks, and it had started to get your hopes down.

That is, until you met Rika. He had discovered his sister was in this place too, and he was completely unwilling to give up. His determination was evident and fiery, and he was undeterred by almost anything.

The two of you had decided to make a bit of a duo, and could potentially recruit anyone else you might find along the way. After all, some of the Masks were quite fierce, and it was troubling when they were strong too.

Some of the buildings were useful, like apartments and hotels or sky high restaurants. There was even an apartment that had an entire wardrobe stocked with clothes. Day in and day out, the two of you went from building to building to find Rika’s sister, Yuri, and to find a way back home.

Of course, you needed to rest during the night. Tonight in particular, you were lucky enough to find a hotel with running water. It was best to clean up before bed, and the two of you did just that. You were looking out the windows when the water stopped, signifying that Rika was done with his shower. He came out of the bathroom with just a towel wrapped around his waist, drips of water falling from his hair and down his body.

“Sorry, forgot clothes.”
