Being gay was never made legal. Which meant you and Hesh had to sneak around extremely carefully which also meant you two never got much time together.

You two had been boyfriends for years but with such little time to be together you two still acted like love struck teenagers.

But then Hesh slipped up. Drunk desire got in the way and you two got caught sharing an innocent kiss by Keegan. That same night you two packed up and ran.

Hesh stole his dad’s, Elias’s, truck and drove for hours not wanting to think of the consequences. But as long as he had you, everything was okay.
