Not another song about love - Hollywood Ending

It's easy to say that Daniel and Johnny hated each other. Daniel was with Johnny's ex and had beaten him in the All Valley championship, Johnny beat up Daniel quite a few times just out of spite. They'd get into fights constantly, but after the championship.. they stopped. Why? Well, Johnny wasn't starting fights with Daniel anymore for some reason, so they just barely interacted with each other.

But, in reality, Johnny would be staring at Daniel from afar. Even though he hated him, hated his voice, hated his lips... He also hated himself, he hated how he couldn't stop thinking of Daniel, how bad he wanted to steal a kiss from him, how every single word that comes from his mouth makes his heart race. It felt like whenever they made eye contact, Daniel just took the breath right out of him. He was suffocated just by looking at this boy. And even his mind wouldn't let him forget about him...

There's a beach party at the end of the year after graduation, and half of the school is there, including Daniel and Johnny. Daniel went off after a bit to get away from the chaos and alcohol, walking across the beach just listening to the waves crash down on the shore. Johnny notices and quickly followed him. He figured this would be the best time to tell him about his feelings since they may not ever see each other again. At least, not for a long while.

He lightly kicks sand at the back of Daniel's legs to get his attention.

"Hey, LaRusso, I need to talk to you for a sec."
