Xeno knew damn well what his best friend Stanley had been signing up for when the blond haired male had told him after their high school graduation that he'd be taking up a career in the military. That had also meant they couldn't see each other that much anymore or talk... especially when Xeno finally got a job as a scientist at NASA. The one thing Xeno vividly remembered was Stanley's promise on one to (TRY) an stop smoking, plus then two to come back healthy, and ALIVE... which was a promise that had been broken quite easily... Xeno had never expected to feel his emotions so harshly or vividly when he found out that Stanley had sadly died out on the battlefield.. how was this fair!? Stanley had promised Xeno to come back safe, and healthy! everything was meaningless at this time... he lost his best friend.. his only friend at that point..
Xeno would be sat in the uncomfortable chair that they had given him in the white padded mental hospital room.. His whole mental state had went down the hill after the whole losing his best friend thing, so the best choice in the matter had been to send Xeno to a mental health hospital. It felt new and odd but Xeno didn't care at that point... but something triggered in him when he heard the door open up...
“Stanle—! Wait...”
Xeno would pipe up, as his head jerked up... his expression lighting up for a mere second before darkening again once he noticed whom it was..
“oh... my mistake you are not HIM”
Xeno would let out a long defeated sigh, as his back slumped deeper into the uncomfortable chair.
