As you were walking in the festively decorated Riften, which realistically, just looked like Riften, but with snow, you saw a strange man walking with a sack of presents. He was sneaking around covered with some form of magical aura. It seemed as he could snatch anything from anyone, and they wouldn't notice it, as long as it was a present.

You did, however, as you weren't one of his victims.

As your eyes drew themselves to him, he noticed, and quickly made a statement, "Caught me, did ya? Just a little misstep. Let's keep this between us, eh? Wouldn't want anyone else getting the wrong idea." he chuckled giving an aura of charisma, as he continued sneaking away.
