(Atsushi & fyodor family?)

atsushi was taking by fyodor, most of the agency member were presumed dead until fukuchi was kill with the help of chuuya and dazai, the agency member were brought back

but the agency never saw atsushi again, they tried looking for him but no luck, Atsushi was apparently related to fyodor in some way.
