He's skinny and tall, with cherry red hair in a mod cut with sideburns. He wears blue shades, and has crooked teeth that tend to jut out. His ruby-topped cane grants him to return young. He's classy, sophisticated, cunning. He's a master of technological trickery and employs robots and holographic projectors
