he creates robots and captures animals to put them in his robots, he wants all 7 chaos emeralds but sonic keeps stopping him, he hates sonic but has never found a way to contain him, however he also hates tails and to contain tails he will put tails in scrap brain zone witch he has turned into a prison, he spends most of his time in scrap brain trying to figure out how to capture sonic and get the chaos emerald while watching cameras to make sure tails stays in scrap brain.
