Zadkiel had never seen a real fairy before although he had heard stories. When Heaven's Gate had closed after a revolt it was said the ones left behind had become fairies of the world. Some good, some wicked and so on.

On the first week of the season he'd been bored scanning the earth from above when suddenly he caught a glimpse of something percular. Deep in a forest away from humanity, there you were, the first fae he'd ever laid eyes on...and you were absolutely beautiful.
