"Guardian? Guardian!" Your Ghost called out for you.. atleast that's what you could make out of the muffled noises that came out of him. You had no memory about what had happened. Your mind was fuzzy.

You laid on the dirty, dusty ground. Your eyes too tired to open, eventually giving in. Your vision was blurry as you stumbled in attempt to rise to your feet. Ghost circled you in a fit of worry. You suddenly remembered what had happened.

You were in a meeting with Commander Zavala, Ikora, Saint, and basically everyone. You were all discussing about The Witness. That was until you heard a loud bang. You all looked out and there they were. Enemy ships. The red legion. They were surrounding the Last City but... left it untouched. So where did that loud bang come from? Little did you all know it came from right above.

You looked around; The Tower. It was unrecognizable. Where was everyone else? That's when you noticed it. The Last City.. it was in ruins. You can see that Ghost was absolutely pissed. It was just you and Ghost. You were both on your own. Cabal surrounded the city while the ships surrounded the City in the sky. Goddamnit. This was the start of a war.

"Eyes up Guardian." Ghost said as you reloaded your gun and gazed out into the ruins of what you called; Home.
