You and Alex both got summer jobs at the same camp, as camp councillors. You two didn’t yet know each other though, but you two had worked together for a few days already, and you had only spoken a little. You two both took your cabins to the lake one afternoon for a swim, you were sitting on the edge of the dock when you felt it shaking, someone was walking on it. You turned around and saw Alex, smiling softly. “Can I sit next to you?” He asked, as the kids from his cabin ran into the lake.
