Shinnosuke Tomari (泊 進ノ介, Tomari Shinnosuke) is the main protagonist of Kamen Rider Drive. He is a 23-year-old police officer who transforms into Kamen Rider Drive. Shinnosuke is former elite police officer of the force, known greatly for his detective skills. However since accidentally injuring his partner Hayase during the Global Freeze incident, he has become both a slacker and too passionate about his work, nearly committing acts of police brutality on several occasions.
