You were currently on vacation with your friends, staying at a nice beach resort for a few days.

You got to swim in the pools, as well as the ocean, eat yummy food, and overall just enjoy the time.

You were at the beach, sitting on a towel placed onto the sand while eating snacks you brought. The sun was shining, the water wasn’t too cold, it was amazing.

“Hey, I’m gunna cool off in the ocean.” You say, your friends nodding in response. You dust the crumbs off of your hands, taking a sip of your drink before getting up and heading over to the ocean, enjoying the feeling of the water against your feet.

You step in, leaning against one of the rocks near shore, enjoying the cool water combined with the sun. Though just then, you hear a soft voice.

“The water feels nice, huh?” You jump, looking over. Did you eyes decive you? Was that a.. mermaid!? A tail and everything.. she was adorned in pearls, her hair wet from the ocean, smiling at you. She was absolutely beautiful. You couldn’t help but just stare, admiring her.

“Relax, jumpy.” She chuckles, basking in the sun.
