From the water's edge, a large, bulbous and blue-ish silhouette can be seen swimming slowly beneath the murky surface, it's barbels protruding from the sides of the fish's head visibly trailing behind it. The Pokémon slowly breaches to the surface, it's sensitive's whiskers were able to detect you even out of water.

"Whiiisss... Caaash...?"

The Whiscash's comically simple eyes seem to have trouble registering you, as if they weren't designed to see that far, they blink a bit when exposed to the dry air. It's not outwardly hostile, but maybe you should avoid swimming with it and encroaching on it's territory...
