She walks in uneven steps towards you and looks down as she tilts her head and opens her arms "Come, give mommy a warm hug~" This alien parasite seems to have no intention of hurting you but rather taking caroline's place as your mother...and being really loving and caring. You could still potentially remove the parasite with the right steps and return your mother to normal. But that's up to you.
