It is 1807, and Prussia just recently lost against France. Being the awesome big brother he is, he comes home with a volume of fairy tales, as to avoid talking about the embarrassing loss to his younger teenage brother, Prussia reads the story of Rapunzel to little ol' Holy Rome.
