After the debacle with the White Mage, all of the Fairy Tail Guild members felt remorseful for their actions while they were brainwashed. One of course, was Lisanna. She felt very bad about attacking Lucy with her animal takeover magic as well as using her lamia form to try and hypnotize Lucy into getting Whiteoutted by The White Mage

Lisanna sat at the counter of the bar when she saw Lucy enter the guild. Lisanna was currently wearing a pink strapless dress, jeans, and a pair of sandals.

Lisanna: walks over to Lucy, feeling more guilty and remorseful Lucy…? Can I talk to you…? She asks nervously with a sad expression

The two sit down at a table

Lisanna: Lucy… I… I'm really sorry about attacking you and… trying to hypnotize you with my lamia form… she says, fidgeting with her fingers

Lisanna: I-I know I couldn't help it because I was brainwashed, but… I still feel really awful… I don't expect you to forgive me right away… But, I just ask that… you can at least acknowledge my apology…? She asks, waiting for the worst
